Villa Orquídea is located on the foothills of the Montgó mountain in Dénia on the Costa Blanca North. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on a dead-end street, offering a peaceful setting with views of the city, the sea and the port of Dénia. In addition, the beach, harbour and centre of Dénia can be reached within approximately 1 to 3 kilometres.
Layout and comfort
The villa offers a comfortable living space with a living and dining area connected to a modern open kitchen equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher and oven. On the ground floor, there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Both the living room and the bedroom provide direct access to the terrace and pool area. As a result, indoor and outdoor spaces are naturally connected.
On the upper floor, there is a landing with built-in wardrobes, a separate toilet with washbasin and two additional bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms offers access to the upper terrace, providing a quiet place to enjoy the surrounding views.
Outdoor space and surroundings
The property is built on different levels and includes several terraces and seating areas. The garden surrounds the swimming pool and creates a private outdoor space to relax.
From the terraces, there are open views towards the city of Dénia, the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea. This setting offers a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.
Location and surroundings
Villa Orquídea is located on the Montgó hillside near Dénia. From the property, the beach, marina, restaurants and shops in the centre of Dénia can be reached within a short drive.
In addition, the port of Dénia offers ferry connections to destinations such as Ibiza and Formentera. As a result, the villa provides a convenient base for exploring both the mainland and nearby islands.
